Our Process
Concrete preperation
Concrete preparation is essential for a quality finish. Each concrete slab is different, and requires its own preparation to ensure the paint bonds to it strongly.
Base coat
We apply a base cost of epoxy paint. This is a two part mixture which chemically hardens to form a strong bond and seal the concrete.
Flake broadcast
We apply a layer of decorative flake chips, by “broadcasting” them into the air so that they flutter down and cover the wet paint underneath. The paint is then allowed to dry and the flakes are smoothed out.
Top coat
We apply a clear coat sealer over the smoothed out flakes. This locks in the paint system and creates a hard barrier that is easy to keep clean. Oil stains wipe off it easily.
